About the Role
• Design, develop, and deploy AI, NLP, and Conversational AI solutions for real-world business use cases.
• Build and optimize LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering, orchestration, and evaluation.
• Develop and maintain RAG pipelines, integrating vector databases and document ingestion workflows.
• Implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop conversational agents including chatbots and voice assistants, covering NLU, NLG, dialogue management, and speech processing.
• Integrate AI solutions with third-party tools and platforms such as OpenAI APIs, HuggingFace, LangChain, and similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of AI systems in production environments.
Requirements
3–4 years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, NLP, or Conversational AI roles, with production exposure.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
Practical experience working with LLMs and modern NLP stacks, including:
LangChain
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
OpenAI APIs
HuggingFace ecosystem
Experience with Conversational AI systems, including:
Natural Language Understanding (NLU)
Natural Language Generation (NLG)
Dialogue management
Speech-to-text / text-to-speech processing
Experience building chatbots or voice agents using platforms such as:
Twilio
VAPI
Dialogflow
WebRTC
Proven experience building and integrating vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.).
Hands-on experience with FastAPI is mandatory.
